Alkemy K12 District Strategic Plan Survey

Alkemy K12 is creating a value proposal for school districts around WISDOMTM, a strategy to incorporate current data sources into one unified data reporting system. Alkemy K12 is forming a theory of action around data driven decision support, which links to four key areas of a district strategic plan. Please complete the survey so we can better understand your district’s goals. Thank you.

The four key areas Alkemy can support through WISDOMTM:

  1. Education Goals –Link student performance data to an established rubric, providing a view into individual, classroom, school, and district level performance against a defined target (for example Learning Management Systems (LMS) or assessment software reporting linked to district defined progress milestones); link Title 1 and other funding sources to program expenditures and outcome measurements.
  2. Teacher Effectiveness – Use student performance data to inform professional development (PD) needs; provide unbiased evaluative analytics of current PD expenditures; link Title II funding and PD expenditures with teacher effectiveness through performance evaluation and student outcome data sources.
  3. Student Support Services– Link IEP and 504 Plans for special education students with assessment data to ensure compliance and track progress; link student performance data to an established rubric for students identified below specified academic benchmarks; link funding and expenditures related to Federal programs such as IDEA funds, Catastrophic Aid, Medicaid, as well as state specific programs, and local property taxes to student performance data.
  4. Facilities & Operations – Link specific budgetary expenditures, such as facilities management, transportation, food service, capital expenditures, etc., to performance data (for example, linking a 1:1 digital device capital expenditure to performance reporting would assist in monitoring roll out and ROI).
